Whats causing this?? :(

Im 11 weeks preg. Lastnight i was laying down and i started getting this really sharp stabbing pain in the right side of my stomach. It came and went for about 4 hours. Usually if i have a pain i can turn on my left side and it will go away but lastnight the only way it would go away is if i layed on my right side. The night before that i kept having this stabbing pain near my belly button but it only lasted for about 5 minutes..maybe. I know its not an ectopic pregnancy because ive have about 2 u/s and was told the baby is exactly where its supposed to be. So i was just wondering if anyone else has had this pain or knows anything about it??

all the joys of being pregnant that nobody tells you about, ligament/growing pains is completely normal, you may also find sometimes when you stand up to quick you will cramp in your lower tummy all normal aches and pains is just one untold fact of being pregnant.

Its sounds like round ligment pains which is your uterus just strecthing. So they can be sometimes painful but if the pain persists try going in

since the baby is getting bigger alittle, you would be having legiment pains most likely then, i had that too with all 3 + this one of all my pregnancies. as long as you dont see no blood then its perfectly normal. just remember to stay hydrated and drink lots of water and that could help too. if you do see blood get to the ER ASAP. but its the legiments stretching. im 23w5d and still get it once a week almost.
