No surgery untill after baby......Hopefully:)

I had my appointment with the general surgeon today about my hernias. I was so worried that I would have to have surgery!! Well I still have to have surgery but the doctor said they wanted to wait untill after my son was born to do anything....unless it becomes stranglated. So for the next 14 weeks I just have to live with the pain and discomfort of the hernias:( That and my ugly belly!!!!  I also had high BP today. Should that be a concern?? Im not sure how high it is but my BP usually runs about 110/ something( sad that I dont know the other number) And today it was 155/94 how bad is that?? I also lost another 2 lbs from my last appointment which was only a week ago!! I dont understand what the deal is!! I have only techniclly gained 5 lbs and I will be 26 weeks tomorrow!! I have never had this problem. With both my other children I gained about 15 in the first trimester with both and a total of 25 lbs for the first and 35 lbs for the second! Could this have anything to do with my hernias?? The general surgeon wasnt very helpfull with telling me things to avoid......I know im not suppoed to lift anything heavy, anything eles I shouldnt do that can make it worse?
Sorry this is so long and about the spelling:)
