wishing i was!!  day 6 overdue...  yesterday evening i was having burning in my low back, belly and legs.  i got excited but after my shower, everything slowed.  i think i screwed myself!!  i wish i hadn't taken my shower because i think that must have relaxed things too much!!  i am afraid to shower today because i'm worried that will happen again.  i should shower now while the contractions are far apart just in case they decide to get closer together.  i'm going to do my denise austin workout now to see if anything happens...  

tomorrow morning is my obgyn appt :-(

Krissy.. like 110279 said.. I dont think that will impact your maternity leave.. When I talked to the employee health lady here at the hospital she told me that they are required to give me 3 weeks of healing time and 3 weeks of bonding time after the baby is born.. anything more would be different.. I think you will still get at least your 6 weeks no matter what though.

I don't thin kI like your dr...............lol.  They should atleast check you.  If I waited for intense pain, my kids would have been born in the car.  I am not kidding, that is why my dr yelled at me with my 2nd.  I took my time getting there becasue i wasn't convinced it was labor, I had him within the hour.  None of our family had time to get there before he was born.  So maybe you'll be lucky like that too...................Keeping my fingers crossed.

I think maybe if they are 7 minutes apart, I would head to L&D.. Just to be checked.. Everyone is different and you may have a kilelr tolerance for pain? Just a thought..
