Keep Getting Negative Test Results...Pregnant?

My period was suppose to happen 5 weeks ago..... I have taken 4 test one every week since the 2nd week of my missed period and all have come up negative.... I have no symptoms but all my friends have said that with their 2nd children they didn't have many symptoms. What is going on.... Am I pregnant or where is my period... its been over a month and I am starting to worry....

My mom never got a positive pregnancy test she had period like bleeding but she was pregnant all 3 times and all 3 of me and my 2 sisters are perfectly healthy so it can happen

If she did a blood test on you then that would be positive detects HCG within 3 days of implantation,Home pregnancy tests can be unreliable.but not a blood test.how did she decide you were pregnant if she only did a urine test.either way good luck and congrats.

OMG! Congratulations! i am so happy for you... did they do a blood test to tell you if you are pregnant? A lot of women don't get positives until later on down the road and I am one of them :) Don't get discouraged! I am sure that it will all be fine!

I have been to the doctor... she said i was pregnant. but still testing neg on a urine test. i go for a ultra sound on monday so i can get a peace of mind cause i don't belive that the doctor is right.... i feel nothing.

Being 5 weeks late you would have a positive test by now.its possible your not ovulating,this would result in no period.your hcg level would be high enough to detect on a test by now.I would speak with your doctor who can perscribe somthing to help bring on your period.

sometimes your body doesnt make enough hormones and thats y some women find out there're pregnant at a later stage....like 8 or 12 weeks. My good friend found out she was preggo at 27 weeks! what a shock for all of us. She had monthy "bleeding" and aslo took a test a few days before goin to the doc n it was negative. the only reason she went to the doc was for a peace or mind, which turned out to be the biggest surpise of all. i could believe it, but she was 27 weeks. Sometimes our body react different to things. and it can depend on ur medical history. had u have any abortions, std's or miscarriage? next step is goin to the doc n making sure all is well. good luck, stay positive

There are many things that can delay a period. If you are testing negative at this point it is not likely you are pregnant, but you can always go to your doctor for a blood test and they can give you medication to jump start your period. But at this point I would not worry about pregnancy.
