AF- Aunt Flo (menstrual Period)
BD- Baby Dancing (sex)
DH- Dear Hubby
DF- Dear Fiance
DB- Dear Boyfriend
DW- Dear Wife
L&D- Labor and Delivery
CM- Cervical Mucus
O- Ovulation
DPO- Days past Ovulation
HPT- Home Pregnancy Test
M/C- Miscarriage
U/S- Ultrasound
BB's- Boobies
TTC- Trying to Concieve

Looks about right.  It was hard the first time trying to figure out all these acronyms but here's a few more that I've seen on other posts.
