what i can do after i lose mucus plug
i was wondering what a doctor would say is a good amount of movng around i should do aftere i lose my mucus plug
Losing the mucous plug is not indicative of when you'll go into labor.
If ur wonderin what a doctor would say then u should call ur doctor. They will be able to answer any of your questions. I'm not sure how much movement is "too much" its important not to over do it. Also don't take a bath after u loose the plug becuase the baby will be prone to infection once the plug is gone. So you should just take showers after u loose the plug.
U can try walking around for a while then sit down and relax for a while. Good luck. Hope u have an easy labour!! x
