Yup I had a break in mine and phoned my sister in a panic thinking something was wrong and she just laughed and said it would be back... Sure enough it did

It comes and goes for me ill be 15 wks tomorrow some days ill go allll day wit out any sickness anddd then other days i will be sick all day good luck and congrats :)
