Left side or right side??
I read something last week bout buying a pillow to help you sleep on your LEFT side.. Are you suppose to sleep on the left side?? What side do you sleep on? I usually sleep in my left side and with my first pregnancy was the left side too. Does it matter??
If you sleep on your left side it allows for the best circulation from your feet to your head and can also help kidney function to reduce swelling. Either
side is fine to sleep on, just avoid your back when your farther along.
