Leg cramps

hey everyone,
I am 29 weeks 5 days pregnant and last night i started getting leg spasms. Which hurt alot. Then this morning i woke up and couldn't walk on my left leg because my calf was really swollen. I called my doctor and  his nurse told me to take tylenol and miss work for the next 2 days.  I am a waitress and a little concern that if this keeps happening then should it be the right idea to go on disability? and will this probably happen again?

Best way to stretch is with your heels down and your toes pointing up towards your head....Most women get the charlie horses or cramps from pointing their toes down and hyperextending the muscles while pregnant (we're so much more flexible when we're pregnant that we forget and hyper/over-extend our muscles and joints easily, even doing something as simple as stretching). eat lots of bananas (potassium) and try to gently stretch it out when it cramps....most likely it won't be a problem your entire pregnancy :).  Good luck :D
