I heard during a well pregnancy, your allowed to lift around 25 lbs. But It might be different depending on a few things so I would ask your doctor next time you wanna lift anythin' heavy. For example, since I have a pregnancy complication my doctor recommends me not to lift anythin' more than 10-15 Lbs to be on the safe side In case my condition doesn't fix Itself. I found an article that might help.

Although I've stayed active my whole pregnancy, I was lifting parts of a crib and change table that were pretty heavy and I was fine a couple weeks ago :) I'm 37+2 now, it just depends what your body can stand
My doctor told me not to lift more than 30 pounds...

U really shouldn't be lifting anything heavy at all but you should be OK your not having any pains or anything
