Light Headed?

I feel pretty light headed, especially when I lay down to try and sleep. My blood pressure is normal, I've drank tonssss of water and Gatorade. I've eaten. Have no idea why I feel like this. Anyone else have this problem? Sometimes I get so dizzy I can't fall asleep. I don't pass out, but I do get dizzy.

Not always throughout the day. Most of the time its like when you lay down at night as well.

Is it throughout the day though?? Mine is only when I lay down and close my eyes to sleep. Doesn't happen any other time.

More than likely not. This is one test that you gotta ask for. I ended up out growing it sometime during high school. They cant figure out why I keep getting dizzy and close to passing out.

Hm. Well I've had my blood checked many times since being pregnant and they never said anything. Always said my blood was good. Then again idk if they were looking for it.

Try to sleep reclined or on you back. Sometimes sleeping on your belly helps. Do u eat enough protein?

Try eating more protein and fruit. That helps me sometimes but not all the time
