im getting restless!!

Seems like majority of you that are 37-39 weeks are already 50-80% effaced and dilated a few centimeters...is this because it's your 2nd or 3rd child? I'm a FTM and my cervix still has not thinned nor have I dilated..I'll be 39 weeks Saturday...how can I speed things up?

Ive been eating pineapples and drinking raspberry leaf tea...only get a little bit of contractions and then they stop :-( haven't tried massaging pressure points or the primrose oil yet...so I'm going to get the oil this weekend and get my bf to massage me lol hopefully this will help! :-)

Try exercising like walking and squatting and I've read if you eat pineapples its supposed to help induce labor? Good luck momma I'm sure baby will come when they're ready (:
