Lose of pregnancy symptoms

I am about 6 and a half weeks pregnant and for the past few days my symptoms have seemed to fade away. I had not been experiencing M/S more or less I was just unable to eat some foods because the thought of them were making me sick; however the last two days that has stopped. Also, my breasts had been quite sore and now they are only slightly sensitive if they are touched at times. I had been extremely exhausted and now I am only a little tired, basically I just feel the need to sit down and relax not sleep. I have been reading that this can be signs of a missed miscarriage. I had a missed miscarriage back in August, so I am very nervous. Anyone experience the same type of idea, and how did it turn out? I do visit the doctor tomorrow for my first ultrasound, so you can imagine I am quite anxious (and scared) to go!

Every pregnancy is different. The only symptom I had was that I was tired all the time, then it was gone and I started to get m/s very bad (had to be put on IV's because it drained me). My best friend never would've know she was pregnant if it weren't for the fact that she was always on time to the day w/ her periods and she missed one. And in your case, a cousin of mine was tired w/ all the fun stuff and then one day it was all gone. Her little girl will be 4 this March, so I don't believe that it could be a sign of miscarriage, just your bodies way of dealing w/ the pregnancy. Try not to stess too much because I do believe that can cause serious problems. Good luck

Went for my ultrasound last week...there was a strong heart beat, 145 bmp, and still really no symptoms (I guess they do fluctuate!). We are keeping our fingers crossed!

I am very similar to you! I had a missed miscarriage in August and had a D & C done on August 21st! We got pregnant our first month of trying after that and I am now almost 13 weeks! I worried the whole time because I was like you no real m/s just couldn't eat some stuff b/c the thought of it made me feel nauseous. I had very few symptoms and they seemed to disappear as well but I went last week at 12 weeks and everything is fine! So it is true symptoms really are different in everyone and will fluctuate! I wish you the best! Keep us updated!

Symptoms fluctuate! Doesn't mean you're miscarrying or anything.
