Losing my mind :'(

I'm 6w4d and I am honestly becoming overly depressed.  I don't know what to do, I have never been this down before and I can't handle it. All I wanna do is cry and cry and hide in a corner and cry some more. Its getting to the point I've become so depressed its making me feel nauseous.  I don't know what to do, I already suffer from depression and ptsd and I feel my Pregnancy hormones haver triggered every little thing that I haven't dealt with in years. I've been emotionally perfectly okay till a few days ago now its just crash and burn. :(

Think about the joys you are going to have with your new baby. Keep your mind busy write a journal about your pregnancy to share with your child when he or she grows up. Think about all the fun stuff ahead like decorating a nursery and shopping for thing a little at a time. Hang out with some girlfriends who will be supportive of how you have been feeling, have a girls night out! Do something to spoil yourself like a mani pedi or go to a movie to get away. Don't let anyone bring you down! We are all here for you so if your not getting the support you need at home make some new friends here who will help pull you off the ground.

Hang in there girl! In my first trimester my hormones made me am emotional wreck as well! I honestly did a lot of sleeping to sleep it off. The second trimester isn't as emotional. I hope you have someone to talk to or cry to... I unfortunately had my boyfriend telling me I was a cry baby and he thought my emotions were just ridiculous. Little did I know then it was bc I was pregnant so he really tore me down. Once someone told him it was just my hormones he said I was using my pregnancy as an excuse. if you can sleep keep yourself busy. Read pregnancy books and magazines, try to get some exercise. Start a countdown to your second trimester our gets so much better!
