Loss of pregnancy symptoms
Well, as I sit here I am completely blank. I am a little over 5 weeks after 2 m/c. I have had 2 betas done and they were 160 something and 566 48 hours later. I have had horrible morning sickness - all day and sore bbs. Yesterday in the afternoon the morning sickness went away and has not come back. My bb's are still sore, but I'm scared that I am starting to lose my symptoms and heading towards another m/c. I actually have my first appointment with the dr. today at noon, but what are they going to be able to tell me? Go have another beta I'm sure, I don't know that I can handle another loss. Anyone else losse symptoms but end up okay?
Well, I got my beta back from yesterday and it was over 12000 Yippee!!!!!! It is def going in the right direction!!!!!!! I am so relieved!!!! Thanks everyone for your support - God only knows how much I need it!

Back from a very long day.... Well, I really like my new ob. He is very nice! He is having me have tons of tests done. I already went and had labs pulled including another beta. Friday I am having an ultrasound and another beta and also scheduling a sequential screen - does anyone know what that is? He also wants me to start taking 81 mg asprin incase I have some kind of immune disorder since noone has worked me up for the m/c's in the past. He says if I m/c again he wants to do a work up - lots and lots of blood work, etc becuase there is probably a simple solution. He didn't say one way or the other what he thought about this being a viable pregnancy - thats what the beta and ultrasound are for. My cervix is closed and everything else looked good. Still freaking out though.
I lost my symptoms too, and i wantr them to come back asap!!!! I think it's probably you just over analyzing every single thing, it's only natural after what you've been through
I am thinking the same thing this morning. Two days ago I had a bad food poisoning I was puking and diarrhea like there's no tomorrow.. I tried to drink but everything just comes righ out... I did not see my doctor but now that I am feeling better, all my morning sickness went away my boobs are only a bit sore today no more vomitting and nausea... I hope you are okay because it will then make me feel better tooo.... I am praying for you and your baby's safety... Please keep us posted about your appointment.
i cannot imagine going thru all of that and i totally understand why you are so worried. hopefully your doctor will ease your mind today. the first 10-12 weeks go so slow! i obsessed over m/cs every day my first trimester. each week that goes by, your chances of m/c go down. i think wks 4-8 were my most nervewrecking. we heard an early heartbeat so that did calm me down at the halfway point of first trimester. i'm glad that you are seeing your doctor today. let us know how it goes.
Thanks, that makes me feel better. With my last m/c all of the symptoms went away almost at the same time - one day I felt pregnant, the next day nothing. At least my bbs are still a little sore. I am trying to stay optomistic, but honestly I can't. I can't go through the heartbreak again. After a total of 4 m/c ( 2 in 2000, then I had my girls, then 1 12/07 and 3/08) I just can't handle it again! We shall see.
as tarajanes said, they may come and go. i was dealthy sick at 4 weeks, 5 weeks i felt better again and then finishing my 5th, almost to my 6th week, it came back full force--i was sick again every day till between 11-12 weeks. enjoy your break of morning sickness cuz that was my worst symptom!! :-) mention it to your doctor at noon and keep positive. the first trimester is soooooo stressful, and i am sure after your m/cs, it's even more scary. hang in there girl! let us know how it goes!!
I wish they would come back NOW!!! The morning sickness is very comforting to me, ya know.
