Loss of symptoms

I am 5 weeks pregnant but my symptoms of tiredness, hunger, and cramping are gone as well as my breasts are not as sore.  Should i be concerned ??

You girls are so freakin' lucky... I thought I was going to die my first trimester :( Lost 10 pounds from all the vomiting. Consider yourselves blessed!!!

The only thing I had was breast tenderness in the beginning and that went away. Now I feel tired but that's slowly fading away too so you shouldn't be concerned. It just happens

I had the same situation and everything was fine. Im 15 weeks now. I called the doctor so they had me come in for blood tests and did an ultrasound.

nope! just feel lucky! im 23wks 6 days and i havent had any pregnancy symptoms at all...cept peeing :P

everyone is different.. my sister didn't' have any symptoms when she was pregnant.. .. (congrats BTW)... so I won't worry...

Pregnancy symptoms come and go, honestly.. I was so worried about this in the beginning of my pregnancy, because all I had to begin with was breast tenderness, and that went away at about 6 weeks. Tired, hunger, and cramping, are a few of the ones that really will fluctuate throughout your entire pregnancy, so don't stress!
