U should ask doctor to perform testings on u to find out proper reason. So u had 2 normal pregnancies and 1 miscarriage. I knw having 1st mc cn happen to ny one as there r 20-25% chance for every pregnancy to end up in mc. Every pregnancy is different sometimes ur body tries to stop u from having cycles so u get a lil leakage in early pregnancy which is called hormonal bleedind. Alot of people hve tht. As u said baby is doing f9 so persuming thts must be it. However u should stay in touch with ur doctors n if bleeding increase from brownish or pink spotting to redish n fresh blood go to er straight away.
Have they drawn ur blood test? And offered u another u/s between 10-14weeks to c whether baby is growing?
I m very sorry for ur child loss. I hope everything goes f9 4 u. Do not stress n keep ur feet up. Take care.
