Can sex cause a miscarriage? Im 12w1d and we had sex last night idk if im being paranoid i just worry something bad might happen. I have no bleeding but a little bit of pressure under my tummy. I do get the occasional cramping even without sex. Im told thats normal cause everything is stretching and moving from baby growing.
As long as your doctor has not given you any restrictions against sex, it should be safe. If you notice bleeding after sex, alert your doctor. It is normal to have slight cramping after an orgasm as the body releases oxytocin which can cause a mild contraction. Shouldn't be anything severe or persistant. If you are concerned, you should talk to your doctor for reassurance.
I wouldnt advise crazy intense like porno sex. Lol. But the average stuff is okay:)

It's safe to have sex throughout your whole pregnancy unless your doctor tells you otherwise.
It is completely safe to have sex while pregers. The baby is protected very well and no guy is big enough to reach it in there. You'll be fine!! :)
