You're not pregnant. You are protected on the placebo week. Having a fever of 101 and throwing up at the same time is not a pregnancy symptom. You had some sort of virus. I am glad you are using condoms and the pill. That is pretty much 100% you won't get pregnant. My boyfriend and I do the same. Pre-ejaculate alone can't get you pregnant. Sperm many only (and probably not even then) be present in pre-ejaculate and be enough to fertilize an egg if there had been a recent ejaculation and the male did not urinate between. Stress and anxiety can cause pregnancy symptoms...as well as the pill. If you're pregnant, do what I would do and name the kid Jesus. If you're pregnant...it sure was meant to happen with a condom and the pill.
It could be any of all of those reasons for the cramps.. I've often experienced cramps up to a week or two before my period was even due, sometimes ovulating [which is roughly two weeks or so before your period] comes with some cramping. But as long as you were using a condom and it never tore, the chances are very slim for you to be pregnant.
Ok, that gives me some relief to hear that someone else says it sounds pretty unlikly. However, my only concern is those cramps, im not due for my period yet, what else could they be from? A stomach flu? Stress? I have recently switched birth control brands, this is the second month of using it, and I didnt experience any problems the first month.
It sounds unlikely to me.. there's a small chance, however if you stress yourself out over it, your mind deffinitely can produce those symptoms from the stress alone. It sounds like you could just have cought a stomach flu bug or something. Don't worry entirely too much until your period is [or hopefully isn't] late, then i would test. Until then, there is really no sure way of knowing, just try to stay calm until then.
