In so so much pain :'( don't know if it's related to pregnancy but I need help :'(

I am having horrible lower back pains, it's around into my hips aswell, I have reAlly bad lower abdominal cramping and stabing pain if I stand up.. My urine is a dark orange or yellowish color and it's very cloudy.. If I breath in too deep I cough too.. I've had a couple of headaches and a few earaches over the last 2 days from when this all started. I'm over 2 weeks late on my period if that's related at all. Theres a public holiday tomoz and the drs are closed :'(

Today I have diarrhea :( and I started bleeding but it's bright red and it has alot of dark brown clumpy bits in it..

I've been in bed for almost 2 days now.... And I've been drinking alot of water.. The back pain has stopped and the cramping and stabbing pains have stopped. I just have a really bad headache and I cant get out of bed because it makes me head kill me more and I get really dizzy.. I also can't breath properly I can only take short breaths otherwise I cough.. I'm going to the drs tomorrow so I'll let you know how it goes

You could very well have a bladder infection also.

If you're dehydrated it can cause a vast sort of problems. Check with ur doc.

Could be a urinary tract infection along with dehydration.

I agree it sounds like dehydration. When you don't drink enough water your body will try to tell you in different ways.
I would try drinking water at a steady rate and rest.
If you are too worried go to the er.
