I usually drink the poweraid zero if i feel like im really dehydrated it doesnt have as much sugar in it as the regular poweraid and its pact with more electrolights then pedialight has
The one thing is, sugar doesn't help build up your immune system and often, it weakens it so if it's at all possible to rely on something non - sugary that's prob best. But definitely drinking nothing and getting dehydrated is worse than having to go for something with sugar in a pinch!
Plain water makes me sick so I put meo or some flavoring in it I'm also babysitting 5 days a week from noonish to 5:30-6 so being around a two year old that seems to get everything virus wise I'm close to I'm trying not to get anything I've done pretty good past 2weeks but other than that and I might be getting sick not sure here in Oklahoma there seems to be a lot
I was told water and gaterade diluted is good. But pedialite would work too. If you're dehydrated your body needs anything ! So whatever u can hold down try to drink.
When I drink powerade, I dilute it with water so it's not as sugary
Drink pedialite! Fruit punch isn't so bad. Recently got over the flu and that's what my OB recommended. Gatorade has sugar, which also can dehydrate. Pedialite is full
Of all the stuff you and baby need!
Both are fine. Tea won't hydrate you really because it had caffeine
