OT: Sling and Nursing cover offer

I went to this site and they had these slings on sale and if put the code in, you only pay for shipping. Then once you complete that order, it directs you to these cute nursing covers and you put another code in and only pay shipping once again! I just completed it. I've never had success with slings, except my baby bjorn (which was expensive, but well worth it!) So I am hoping this sling will be comfortable and work, but who knows. I'm really just excited to get the nursing cover. I suppose if I had the code for the cover, I could have just gotten that!! oh well. If the sling doesn't work for me, I suppose I could always give it away to someone!  I paid like 24 bucks for 2 things that would have cost probably 90 bucks! And they are really pretty too. I'd say I got a deal...haha

I get codes emailed to me all the time from Uddercovers for a free nursing cover. You can use the code as many times as you want. Just open a new browser and order again. You do have to make seperate orders though. I got 2 of them.

I have one of the nursing covers and I LOVE it!!!! I have never found a sling I like either. I just found a pattern for a no sewing mei tai but my favorite baby carrier is a Moby wrap, they are the best!

Thanks for that info! I will have to look into them! I have yet to be comfortable with a sling and I just want to find one that is comfy and works well. I love the baby bjorn, but they outgrow so quickly, especially if I have another baby with chunky thighs! lol

that sling is a rougher and thicker material and runs super small from all I have heard of them, If you are wanting a ring sling then a cheap one is hostlins (sp) from walmart.com they are only offered online! THere are slings that are for different sizes and then the ring sling, you can also get some reall good ones from diaper swappers! They have used things but you can see feedback on the person and I have gooten ltos and loved everything I ahve gotten! One of those two are good! And use the cheap one as back up. BUt like I said they run super small, I have heard by two sizes or more from some woman. GOod luck and let me know if you ahve any other questions about slings! I have used them with all 5 kids

OH and cotton babies has some new ones and have free shipping in the US they are a good company.

OH and do not get the kind like in Wlamart, they call them crotch danglers and are not good for babies hips to sit in them! Like the pouch kinds
