I feel bad about my gain too, but were pregnant. My doctor says my gain isn't bad. If you're really worried about it, you should ask your doctor what they think. Idk if you're breast feeding or not, but if you are, that helps weight loss a lot!

See I lost 8 pounds in the beginning. Not from morning sickness. But just lost. So I'm not sure how accurate my weight gain is.
I just don't want to end up not being able to lose it after my baby girl gets here.
I've always had self esteem issues and now I just feel like crap..

Ever since I got pregnant, I don't really think eating a lot is bad, but truly the baby doesn't use all that food. Just try eating a lot of smaller meals. Or if your always snacking, try healthier snacks. Like fruit, I love strawberry and watermelon :) I've gained 29 pounds too , but I turn 34 weeks tomarrow.
