I really salute the women that breast feed because it is a huge commitment and a full time job. Not me, I never wanted to. Tried for like a week and wasn't ok with it. Formula is perfectly healthy, of course your own milk is best but babies grow just as strong and healthy and have for many years. This is my second and I couldn't imagine trying to breastfeed with a toddler running around. Do what makes you comfortable and what fits your lifestyle!
I never said I didn't want to breastfeed I just dont want to make it hard on me breast feeding is painful I did with my first child, I just dont want to breast feed for the whole 12 months.I kno I can pump but when I pumped with my first child who is now seven years old hurted so bad that my nipples ibled....im not against at all I agree that formula won't give my baby the same benefits as breast milk ..
Also your breast milk will change with baby as he or she grows and has many benefits and natural remedies to taking care of the baby when it is sick, which in formula will never be able to do.
Here are some links if you want to maybe help see his side of it :)

breastfeeding is all natural (: way before formula was invented!
I thought about breast feeding this time and my husband is against breast feeding lol he said I will have cow utters if I breastfeed lmao he just wants the boobies all to his self! So selfish lol but my 20 month old was formula fed from birth and he's a very healthy boy! Doing the same with this boy when he comes in august!
I had a friend who wanted to breast feed but her baby wouldn't gain any weight and she had to switch to formula. Sometimes formula is necessary. There is nothing wrong with using it if that's what you feel is necessary.
Im planning on breast feeding because there are so many good things about it. You can always pump so he can feed the baby as well. My sons father wanted to give the baby formula while he has him but I put my foot down and said no. Ive talked to my nurse about giving him both and she said its not a good idea because "some" babies will prefer formula over their mothers milk. Its a hard decision to make because every mother wants the best for their new born. Do some research on formula vs. Breast milk. Maybe that will ease your mind a little. The only way I'll do formula is if I cant breastfeed my baby.
I breast fed for the first 3 days only so she could get the nutrient rich colostrum. Breast feeding is best but nothing is wrong with formula. Breast feeding isn't for everyone. Me personally I worked 40+ hours a week so I was too tired to breast feed every two hours . Babies do just as well on formula.
There is nothing wrong with formula. My daughter (2 yrs now) was on just formula after she was 8 weeks as I was not producing enough and had to go back to work. My daughter is very healthy both physically and mentally.
I Agree That Breast Is Best And All Who Can Should However They're Your Breast And It Is Therefore Your Choice. I Dnt Know What Your Reasons Are For Not Wanting To Breastfeed Nor Do I Need To Bc You Dnt Have To Answer To Me Or Anyone Else Dnt
Let Him Or Anyone Force You Into Something You Dnt Want To Do. Good Luck Hun!!!
Why dont you want to breast feed if youre able??
Breast milk is proven to be better for development, but a possible compromise could be a half and half diet. When he feeds the baby use formula and when you feel use breast milk
