My bubs is engaged, did at 34 weeks now 36. I was told that she is really low at 32 weeks. . Its normal for first time mummies to have bubs engaged a few weeks before labor and following pregnancies to drop just before labour or during.  Its not very comfortable lol.

They are different. I know that lol as far as when I am curious too. Head down means just that the baby's head to facing down toward the birth canal. Dropping is when the head or feet/butt (a breech baby) engage down into your pelvis.

It's normally when your baby's head starts to engage. I've started to drop and I'm 33 weeks. Not sure with twins sorry.
