Migraines

Hey. I am 21 weeks with my first baby. I have real severe migraines symptoms include throbbing headache, severe aura, numbness on one side of the body, slurred speech, neck pain, vomitting/nausea.. I have been referred to a neurologist. I just want to know can anyone give me tips to help me cope until I get to see the neurologist? And can also anyone tell me if they also suffer? Panadol/paracetamol are all I can take but they do not help at all so I choose not to take them. It's very debilitating I can barely leave the house without worrying that I will get one :((... Answer would be appreciated thank you!!! X

I am taking multivitamins now and haven't got one in 2 days! Thankfully! So maybe that has helped :))

Went yesterday to get them and my pharmacist said she won't give them to me :/ i have to see the doctor which i did and she said I have to wait to see neurologist- very frustrating :((

I was just talking about over-the-counter B100 in the vitamin section, and magnesium the same.  Not from the pharmacist.  Nothing that would be considered a medicine, just a vitamin.

Write back and say how they worked.  Along with the B100 in the recommended dose, try just a half magnesium dose at first, since they can give you the runs of you go right into a big dose.

Try vitamin B100 and magnesium.  It helped me a lot.
