Am I pregnant, or is there something else wrong?

I'm 14 years old (I know it's a young age, but what's done is done) and I've missed my period for about 2 months now. I don't keep track of my cycle because it occurs between 26 to 32 days. Which is why I haven't been too concerned about being late. But since it's been about 2 months, I've looked up the symptoms of pregnancy and I have alot of them, but when I take a pregnancy test, it shows up negative. What should I do?
I know that pregnancy tests are not 100% accurrate, but, I've been thinking about going to the doctor incase it is something more serious.
Is there anything else I can do other than go to the doctor to prove if I am pregnant or not?

When I was 15, I didn't get my period for almost 4 months, but as I wasn't sexually active, I knew I wasn't pregnant. After seeing the doctor, it turns out that all the yo-yo dieting caused my periods to cease. You should see a doctor to get a blood test to confirm whether or not you are really pregnant. Only then can you make the best decision for your body. Good luck!

Honestly at 14 your body may still be regulating hormones and your body may still be getting used to menstruation... you shouldn't expect your cycles to be completely regular until you're in your late teens, actually, and that's something they neglect to tell young women... were you using any protection, or are you absolutely sure that you've got a chance of being pregnant? while tests are not 100% accurate they are usually fairly accurate. HOWEVER I think that you going to your doctor is an EXCELLENT idea. You sound like a very responsible young women and if nothing else, he can help you choose a birth control plan that will keep you from having another scare. And obviously he can put your mind at ease about whether you are pregnant or not... it's the best thing to do and you're very smart to be practical about this and not be panicking so bad that you can't think straight... keep us posted hon.

also just wanted to add if you're getting negative results don't panic too much (although do see a doctor) because the symptoms can be caused by all sorts of things and mimic pregnancy.
