confused need help

OK me and my husband are trying to have a baby, we have been trying for about 6 months now. But getting a bit worried since I'm not yet.... I had surgery in July to take out my IUD. which was put in in august of 05, it inbeded itself. When I was talking to the nurses they had said it most of their paitents had gotten pregnate with in a month of being removed, they said the surgery shouldn't have an affect on it. I haven't had an infection or anything but I have had alot of pelvic pain most of my life. Which is one of the many reasons I would like a baby now just incase I wont be able to later. The doctors I have think it would help with the pain also since it is most likely on the inside. I have had two Laparoscopy one in Aug of 05 and then one in Dec of 06 they didn't find anything either time. I am just getting worried I can't get pregnate for probly no reason I just need reasureance I guess. I don't use lubricants incase of spermisides, which doesn't help my pelvic pain any. And I have been laying in bed for about 15-20 mins after sex to alow flow just incase. I have done ovulation tests so I know I am ovulating is there anything else I am not thinking of. I dont have cysts on my ovaries or uterus. I cant think of anything else that could be preventing me from getting pregnate, since my family has had it pretty easy with getting easy its just the keeping pregnate... Please help.... I am thinking way to hard. I know I haven't been trying that long but it seems forever....

*sigh* A few months ago I had a false alarm my body desided to say it wanted me to be happy so it was pretending it was preggo... Past 3 or so days I have been having Preggo symptoms fatigue, cramping in my right ovarie, which is odd since it is usualy my left that cramps, and back pains. My sister inlaw is having her baby in may. We happen to be staying with her for christmas.... I am getting worried that I might just be playing games with myself again.  Is there any way to tell for sure.  Last time I didn't have fatigue or cramps but I did start lactating, I still am. Doctors aren't sure how at the moment.  My hormone levels are normal, and no tumors found. Heh sorry lots of questions....

Don't know how accurate they are, but you can actually google mens fertility equipment, i can't remember what they're called, but yeah you can get home tests. Like I said, not sure if they work, however.

Is there a way to check a mans fertility with out going to a doctor. I have insurance he doesn't. Makes it hard.

well, I dont have much advice on this...but could it possibly be your husband?  It seems that you have had appropriate workups and all is fine with you....they say it could take a year for healthy couples to get pregnant and after that you shiould see someone.
