cramping after sex
So im 31 +4 weeks and my husband and I had sex about 8 hours ago. I've been having pretty severe cramping in my belly and pelvic area. I usually do for like 15 minutes the most so I'm starting to get worried. I can't sit or lay down to ease pain. Anyone else experience this? Is this normal to be cramping for so long?
Thank you for easing my mind! My husband told me to take a bath once we put our little ones to bed so I'm looking forward to easing this cramping! Lol

I also get cramps during and after sex. Try taking a warm bath and relax.
Yeah sometimes i cramp for the whole day, sometimes half the day, sometimes not at all, for me depends on position. Im 39w 5d
