pian in my hoo ha

Hey ladies, im having the worst pains in my hoo ha. I mean really bad, where i cant hardly walk with out wanting to cry out in pian. Rolling over in bed wakes me up everynight, and laying or sitting makes things worse. i know its most likly the baby pushing on me, but omg it hurts so bad.

what can i do?

38 weeks and hurting!

Your baby is probably laying in a strange position.  It can be miserable.  Good thing is you are almost done.  Try sleeping with a pillow in between your legs (once you have found a comfy position) and having a pillow tucked behind your back.  Goodluck and congrats early!

Haha grinding eh, yeah that sounds about right. i have been having these pains for a while now, maybe like 3 weeks. although it is getting alot worse with everyday. I have been out walking around to try to get things moving.

Pressure from baby!!! Get on your hands and knees. It's actually a good thing! Baby's head will grind on the cervix and help it dilate and efface. Grind is the perfect word to describe it, isn't it?! LOL!
