Im 18 weeks and i was wondering why do people say sleep on your left side..? and also i was wondering what can i do for heart burn ive had it since last night.. is somethin that will come and go or what?

I agree its for the blood flow for the baby but it is ok for u to sleep on ur right side. Im 37 weeks and my left side is my most comfy now but before it wasnt. Ull run out of options the further u get lol and tums help me sometimes but sprite is my bff cause i get heartburn all the time and chamomile tea helped me too.

I can't get comfy on my left side, I mean is it bad to sleep on your right side?

They say to sleep on your left side to get better blood flow to the baby

For heartburn tums. And I also drink chocolate milk, because it is more basic than acidic on the ph scale. They say left side to sleep, because it promotes blood flow to your legs as well as the baby, and it makes it so your esophagus is higher than your stomach helping to prevent heartburn.
