Is it just me....???

I am just wondering... Am I the only one that got the BFP and now I'm not really 'feeling' pregnant.  My breasts are still very sore, my back hurts and i get little cramps in my lower stomach once in awhile... also the farting... omg the farting!!!.....  I am 5 weeks and 6 days today.  I am so frightened that I could loose the baby.  I want the get morning sickness so bad (I know that sounds weird) but I only get a bit sick to my stomach a little and not even every day.  Could I just be one of the lucky few that don't get the sickness or will my time be coming?  I haven't had any spotting or anything like that.  Not even the constipation...well for a couple days, but its gone now.  Whats wrong with me??? AHHHH!!!  I have my 1st apt on the 28th.  I so want the DR to tell me all is okay, the baby has a strong heart beat, your going to do just fine.  I hate this waiting stuff.  It's worse than waiting the two weeks after ovulation to take the test!  Does anyone know if the fetal heart rate monitors that you can buy could pick up the baby this early?  That would make me feel better... part of me wants to goto the ER and make up an illness just so they can check on the baby earlier.... Am I alone in all this?  Please tell me how you all felt before your very 1st baby apt.  Thank you.

Don't worry yourself girl, you're fine. I didn't have morning sickness that early on, it came a little later, and was real mild, except when i got headaches... and you may be lucky to just not get it at all... i didn't 'feel' pregnant until about 8-9 weeks.. every pregnancy is different. just because it's what usually happens, doesn't mean it has to in order for everything to be okay. (: try to relax.

A doppler wouldn't be able to detect the heartbeat until about 9-10 week at the VERY earliest. As for not having morning sickness don't worry most people don't start getting it until about 6-8 weeks. I remember I wanted to get it so bad too and then I got it and wanted it to go away! Constipation comes and goes so don't be concerned with that. But it sounds to me like your pregnancy is going well! :)
