Try taking prenatal vitamin at night and eat a few crackers before you ever get out of bed.  Small and frequent meals.  Like small amounts every couple of hours.  Bless your heart!  I so remember those days and frowned when other pregnant people had no nausea at all. lol  Thsoe hormones are going crazy and nausea is a good sign that those hormones are rising high.  The end result will be amazing.  Hang in there, should get better by 12th week.

I had it horrible and nothing helped. I asked my doctor and she prescribed me anti-nausea medication that was non drowsy. It worked wonders. Another thing you can try is the cat sickness medicine since I hears that can help as well. Only other thing you can do is wait it out. Usually around the 2nd trimester is when it lessens.
