Nasty Taste..

Hi everyone.
I am 17 weeks this is my 2nd child my little girl is 5 years old but with her it was basically the perfect pregnancy. No morning sickness or anything. But this time around I've had this nasty taste in my mouth that won't go away unless I am eating or drinking something and then it comes right back. Have any of you experienced this and if so what did you do or take?

Oh yea, I wouldn't be able to deal if it was that bad. Just as @paigelee5 said, you should contact your dentist.

Ohh have you talked to your doc about it. Pregnancy do give you a keen sense of smell it's like you smell everything with out any type of effort.

I hardly eat anything other than regular food because the tastes are so ewww.. Especially chips they are the absolute WORST! Lucky you though yours don't last long this has been a everyday thing for about 2 months it was much worse at first it's getting better. At first I could hardly even eat period.

I've been through this before but it doesn't last that long - for about a week at the most. Because my taste is sweet, I sropped eating all sweets (desserts, drinks, certain foods), brush my teeth more everyday, & drink LOTS of water.

Smh I don't know what to do. I've been doing research for like 2 months. I tried gum at first but then that stopped working, then I seen try gargling with baking soda but thats only a temporary fix. And my doctor told me to try taking tums I have to get some to see if they do the trick.

OMG I was just about to post about this. The taste in my mouth is more so sweet, instead of just nasty. I've had ir for about 3days now & no matter if I eat something hot/salty to combat it, or if I brush my teeth, it comes right back. Terrible
