i need some help

Im going to be 39 weeks on tuesday and trying to naturally induce myself i know its all wise tales but anything will help. Any advise ?

Castor oil can cause the baby to poop in the water which is very dangerous I would stay away from that. Try getting a yoga ball and bouncing on it also squatting with your legs spread as far as you can and rocking from side to side. Get on all fours and do pelvic tilts. And unripened papaya I was told by my dr not to eat it unless im trying to go into labor cause it can bring on contractions so its worth a try

Oh and I won't and haven't tried castor oil. I am not a fan of laxatives. But I have a few friends who it worked for and some who it didn't

I'm 39w wed and I'm on the same boat. I have been walking A LOT and did hills and all. No sex for me yet. I have cramps though since I've started walking... I hope to have him by his dd

Yea thats what ive bin doing and sex and eating pineapples.  I also heard of castor oil but havent tryes tht yet cause my grandmother said she heard thats wat u do if u want to abort your baby so im nervous and sceptical about tht

I walked a lot on and off for a couple days and I believe it brought on my labor
