help.. please

Head pain , its not likea headace , I can't sleep without my head starting to hurt I have too have tons of pillows so my head is up and lately I've been having tons of migraines .. its kinda concerning to me idk why , it feels like lots of blood is like flowing to my head when I lay down and causing it too hurt.  It doesn't seem normal too me , and I don't wanna call the ER for no reason.  My baby is moving lots idk what to do

Are you top heavy if so I had the same symptoms ! I went to my doctor told her about my extreme head pain so she didn't say anything she walked over to me and proceeded to give me a shoulder massage come to find I had large knots kinked up that I didn't know about ! Like I said only if you are top heavy try getting better bras heating pads and massages they go away if this your case you shall be fine I haven't picked up Tylenol since ! Hope I helped

Try drinking more water if that doesn't help try a tylenol n call your doctor and see what she suggest
