Need advice

Well I will be 39wks in a few days and yes of course im getting very nervous.....ist my first child and i plan on having him without any meds. But lately my blood pressure has been over the hill high I know ive been stressed out alot  during my pregnancy but didnt think it would be that high.........can someone give me some advice on how to lower my blood pressure? Thanks

Hi well I have many family members that told me when pregnant relaxing lowered their blood pressure significantly. They got back massages, someone cater to them as they watch a movie. Well my family they are pretty loud and emotional, so once they just calm down and step away from worry and fighting they were fine. If you are a worrywart try asking someone who makes you smile n laugh to come over. If you stressed and that is causing your high blood pressure please relax! My mom had that with my brother towards the end and they said due to her stress he moved so much the cord wrapped around his neck, he was fine and so was she- all i am saying is seriously relaxing should be your #1 mission for your and everyone around you. don't be mean about it but seriously if you need water they can get it for you, settle down get comfy think about you and your baby happy thoughts =D hope i helped a little.
