cramping???

I'm cramping really bad after doing my daughter's birthday party. I had to carry my son alot he is heavy probably around 25 30 lbs. No bleeding just cramping. I'm 10 weeks 2days. Should I be worried?

Drink lots of water and rest. Put your feet up. That happened often early in my pregnancy, this is my second. I have a 3 yr old and now 26 wks along. I hope if goes away for you after resting. Call Dr first thing in the morning if anything changes.
