Mucus Plug?

Yesterday & So Far Today Everytime I Go Pee And Wipe Theres Some Mucus Discharge With Tings Of Blood.
Is It My Mucus Plug Coming Out In Bits?
I'm Also 3cm and 70% effaced.
& i've Been Feeling Period Cramps!

It's weird cause with my daughter i never lost it (maybe i did just didn't notice it.) And contractions with her felt like period cramps.

And now i feel kinda crampy but not as bad.
I think a walk around the block or mall would do me good.

With my first it was over the course of a week that I lost mine. But I still didn't go into labor for about a month after it was gone. But it definitely sounds like that's what you're experiencing.

Sounds like it! I've heard quite a few women say it took them a couple days to fully lose their mucus plug. It doesn't always come out all at once. You may be going into labor soon! :) Especially if you're cramping.
