You are probably very bloated. This can go on throughout your whole 1st trimester. You'll probably start losing a little weight due to no appetites once you start growing.

when I had my twins during my pregnancy i fealt  big too and really bloated and they did an ultra sound at 7 weeks to find out why I was too big because I look to big I look like 3 months when I was only 7 weeks and my suprice was that I was too big because I was having twins

You're probably just bloated & fatigued. I'm pregnant with twins & was VERYYYY bloated in my first trimester.
