insomniac

Hi, I'm 18 and I guess Im about 4mos. pregnant. I haven't gone to check up since then. It.'s my 1st time so Im afraidof both mine and my baby's health. I always sleep late at 4-6am and wake up 3-4pm in the aftrnoon. I really found it hard to sleep that I always missed my meals and the early sun rays. Im so lazy getting out of my room so the whole day Im lying or just sitting. Does my daily routine putting us at risk or my baby prone to something? Need an advice pls. thanks

I'm 20. 5 months preg. and my sleep schedule is also very erratic. Make sure that when you eat you avoid as much junk food as possible and eat more frequent even if its just small snacks. And since I hardly sleep anymore I just take naps whenever I can... So far my baby is healthy, even though I'm still underweight.

Well you need to eat so that you and your baby can grow healthy. Also you should be getting check monthly. Sleeping weird hours doesn't hurt the baby but not eating or taking care of yourself will.
