So, I've been in love with this girl's name Lalaine since I was six years old and I've had my heart set on it since then. My boyfriend likes it as well, but both of our families hate it and keep telling me all these other names I have to keep in mind. His mom has also been looking for baby stuff without me like cribs and such and I just feel like she's completely overstepping because she always wanted a girl and now she's acting like it's practically hers. I don't know what to do or say to her so I just stay at hone because I don't want to argue with her. Any advice on how.to handle this? I'm only eight weeks and we don't even know the gender yet or anything..

its your baby name her what you want. as for your bfs mom tell her its your baby...tell her her boundries.

Its your baby u should not down and talk to her about. Tell her u appreciate her trying yo help but u would like to pick out your own cribs u could invite her with u but she may not make those type of decisions without u

My mother in law did the same thing even is buying toddler stuff so I steped my foot downand told my husband if he didnt control his mommy I would and I wouldnt do it nicely so now she doesnt buy anything without asking me
