My doctor said I would need to eat a 7 or 8 whole pineapples for anything to even start working.
You need to eat like 5 whole fresh pineapple for it to you... I only got half way before I was sick of it... And that didn't do anything for me
I actually just bought a whole pineapple and ate the whole thing and the only thing I got was major back pain and that was yesterday
