Brutal back pain!!

hey guys.... it seems like ive had nothing but problems during this pregnancy!! im finding it hard to enjoy it!! for the last couple of days ive been having wicked brutal back pain. it is in the middle of my back. it keeps me up at night... and it feels better if i hunch over as far as i can go. im not sure if its related to the pain i was having in my lower left stomach area or my bladder issue. i am so uncomfortable! ive used a heating pad every night...any suggestions?

yeah... i thought so..... all the nurses wear them at the hospital here. hmmm...maybe i should just wear them more often and see what happens.

I just googled crocs, and they say they have good support.  Who knows.

i wear different shoes all the time to try to find a pair that may relieve some of my back pain. i mostly wear my crocs. but... i will go shopping this weekend and try to find some more supportive shoes... im crossing my fingers that it will help!

It may have nothing to do with it, but are you wearing supportive shoes.  Early is my pregnancy I was having terrible back pain.  I started wearing shoes, and the back pain improved.

i am 22 weeks. i went home yesterday after work, and cried. i hurt soooo bad. then i had to go to a dance recital with a friend and had to sit in an uncomfortable chair for 3 1/2 hours!! when i got home i laid on a heating pad until i fell asleep. ive tried the warm baths, and my hubby has rubbed my back everyday. my whole back right down my spine feels bruised almost. even if he pushes very very lightly on my back... i hurt!

my due date is July 4th, i was hopin to make it til june 20th, but i don't think that will happen.  i  feel  as though i may have started labor and probably dilating. am seein like yellow discharge.  on wednesday am goin to tell the doctor how i feel. my baby is very low down in my pelvis. i can feel his hands pokin my vagina where the hair is.  am not finish shoppin. by the end of this mth, i will be finished. so june he can come whenever he wants lol.

I am 34.6 weeks pregnant and I am having the same pains. I actually have to pop my back. I am with sexyhot_dandy that I really dont think I am going to make it to June... I use extra pillows on my back for extra support. You can also try a warm bath that will help relax your muscles...

how much wks are u. am goin some back pains to. am 32 1/2 wks, i feel as though am not goin to reach june wid my son. my *** hurts so much, i could hardly get in and out of  bed.  i scared to go get checked am not ready for my son to come yet. am goin to  try extra pillows
