is it normal to feel like you cant breathe???

I am 14 weeks 2 days and for the past few weeks I have been experiencing shortness of breath...but today it didn't seem normal I really feel I am trying to catch my breath every few minutes..is that normal?? I am worried

I'm 15wks and I feel the same way all wk had  to get a inhaler

Yep, normal. Had that happen with my son and it was worse with this baby cause she's even higher.

ive been noticing shorter breaths but yesterday i swear i had a panic attack or something nd idk why! i was talkin to my bf on the phone nd i juss got quiet tryna breath nd hes yellin on the other side like wth goin on nd im tellin him im tryna breath i cnt breath nd he could barely understand me.. idk i think it was a panic attack ive never had one before nd it was pretty scary i was kinna shaking idk it was bad...

It very normal. Unfortunately it gets worse the further along you get.

Okay thanks that helped me a lil but I still I could use a oxygen treatment or something lol..I think its strange to experience this sudden change

I think its normal to feel short of breath. And when you do just take deep breaths and if that's hard put your arms above your head and try it. But perfectly normal hun(:
