so i am 12 weeks 2days and most of today i have had a pulling sensation all day on my left side what could this be i have never felt it before any input would be great

I would give it a day.  It would be more like hard  cramps followed my seriously bleeding if it's a miscarriage.   I seriously think it's just stretching.  Wait till tomorrow if it gets worse overnight call.  If you want call now...that's why on call doctors are for.  Why do we pay them so much if we can't ask questions?

Yep probably just growing and stretching of your uterus. If it's bothering you a warm bath can help.

It's probably your uterus stretching.  It's common for the pulling sensation.  It means that the baby is growing and your body has to make room.  If it gets to sever then you need to seek medical help.
