HELP- Should I be worried about this?

Hey ladies, me again.  I'm a bit concerned.  So please let me know what you think.  I'm worried because I'm not feeling my baby move much.  I feel him/her once or twice a day an its never big kicks.  I have never seen my skin move when then baby moves either.  Is this normal?  I'm 25 weeks an 4 days.  I'm a plus size woman an I have a scar that gose from hip to hip.  ( I had a etopic pregnancy.)  Is it possible that the baby is kicking near my scar... so thats why I don't feel it.  Is it possible I just have lazy baby?  What can I do to make my baby move?  I can't always hear the heart beat with my doppler either.  My babies heart beat was 150 bpm the last time I went to the dr.  I get it up to 140 then I loose it.  I think he/she hides.  I got it up to 143 last night.  Thanks ladies.  Anita

This is my second pregnancie and the movement is really different.  I felt my 1st move a lot and you could see the movement at around 20-22 weeks.  She was always head down though, the placenta was along my back and I could feel her kicking above my belly button.  Now this one is breech and the placenta is on my stomach, I don't feel her as much as my first.  I'm 26 weeks today, and feel her moving more, but the movements are all down low and not really big and you can't see my tummy move.  You sound like everything is normal.  Good luck!

After i first started feeling our little booger move, i was always waiting to feel her kick. I would get concerned when i didnt fell her kick. But like some of the other women i didnt realy start feeling big movements and seeing my skin move untill about 27 weeks or so. And since then she has NOT stopped moving. And i love it. I was gonna get one of those doppler things to listen to her heartbeat when i wasnt at the doctors, but i knew that it would make me worry too much if i couldnt find the heartbeat. But everything should be fine.

my placenta was also on top which prevented me from feeling many kicks. it all depended on where the baby was and which way she was facing. kicking towards the placenta, I felt little. when she was elsewhere, i felt more. there were sometimes, especially around 25 weeks, where i barely felt her for several days in a row.

I agree, that everything is fine...even at this stage, the baby has to move pretty vigorously for you to actually be able to feel it.  At my last ultrasound, I was pleased to see the baby moving around and not being able to feel it because now when I don't feel the baby, I remember seeing him move but not feeling it so I know he is moving but I'm just not feeling it...Does that make sense?!  I hope I explained it okay =)

Also, do you know where your placenta is?  Possibly he is kicking the placenta and that is why you aren't feeling the movement...

Try to relax =)

This is my second and I am 30 weeks.... I didnt start feeling the HARD kicks or seeing my stomach REALLY move up until a about 2 weeks ago (27-28 weeks)..... My movement still varies... he has some days where he moves alot less and others he goes crazy.... Your scar tissue could be a reason also that less movement is felt.... I say all sounds perfect for being 25 weeks! I know its hard not to worry, but i think you and baby are just fine!

If it was not for the doppler I would freak out.  I'm just concerned thats all.  My last 2 pregnancy's didn't last this long so this is all new to me.  I read online that I should feel big kicks between 19 an 25 weeks.  So all these baby websites are to blaim lol.  I'm glad to know that you felt big kicks further alone.  Thanks.  Anita

I think you have nothing to worry about..

I told you those dopplers just add extra concern.. They make people go crazy and freak out..

I didn't feel Jaxson move regularly until I was like 28-29 weeks.. It all depends on the person. Try not to freak out.
