Owwwww!

Over did it yesterday. I chased two almost 2 year olds and a 4 year old around, pushed a double stroller 4+ miles, and half of that distance was jogging pace trying to catch the train. Now I'm SO sore and my ankles are the size of North America I swear! I'm just shy of 37 weeks and I really want to recover from yesterday's outing quickly in case labor comes soon. Any tips for a quick recovery? As far as I can tell it's just strain and soreness.

I'm just hoping taking it easy today (well as easy as I can take it) and another looong shower when my hubby gets home will help me feel somewhat human again. I have my baby shower tonight and I don't want to feel/look like a zombie!

Yes. Take a warm bath, light a few candles or something(:

Sit in the tub with warm water. Does wonders. And keep your feer elevated.
