Over did it yesterday. I chased two almost 2 year olds and a 4 year old around, pushed a double stroller 4+ miles, and half of that distance was jogging pace trying to catch the train. Now I'm SO sore and my ankles are the size of North America I swear! I'm just shy of 37 weeks and I really want to recover from yesterday's outing quickly in case labor comes soon. Any tips for a quick recovery? As far as I can tell it's just strain and soreness.
