Is it ok to eat late at night?

Its 12:16am and I'm so hungry I never get this late is it OK? And I'm not talking about a snack I want a stake.

yeah I used to eat muesli when I was feeling healthy but every now and again  CHOCOLATE BISCUITS :) lol

I ate special k with the strawberries in it. LOL

eat when you want, I know I used to get up in the middle of the night and I was starving, so I used to have something to eat, there is no problem with that :)

I wouldn't eat a large meal this late but that's because it would give me heartburn I guess if you feel like eating a steak go for it just make sure it is cooked thoroughly and maybe not eat a whole lot at one time. Eat a little and take a small break that way you won't over eat and feel yucky afterwards :)
