Gas pills..I get mine from the dollar tree..it's safe and the same thing baby's. Just one anti gas ingredient.

Try drinking something with aloe Vera in it. Herba life sells Aloe Vera that you can put in water and it does not taste that bad. Also drink a lot of water! Plus when you sleep at night try sleeping on your left side since it speeds up digestion =). Best of luck!
